1. Standard Catalog Orders (Etsy & Amazon) Because our digital catalog redirects you to our official storefronts on Etsy and Amazon for secure checkout, your shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery dates are calculated directly by those platforms.
- Global Shipping: We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and available carriers will be displayed at checkout on the respective marketplace.
- Tracking: Once your order is processed and dispatched from our studio in Turkey, you will receive a tracking number directly through your Etsy or Amazon account, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
2. Secure Packaging for Raw Timber We understand that you are investing in a one-of-a-kind piece of history. Ancient olive wood can be heavy and requires careful handling. Every slab, burl, and blank is meticulously wrapped, padded, and boxed (or crated, for larger pieces) in our studio to prevent moisture changes, edge damage, or transit wear.
3. Wholesale, B2B, and Bespoke Commissions For our B2B clients, design studios, and those placing bulk wholesale orders directly through our “Contact Us” page, shipping is handled differently:
- We will provide a custom shipping quote based on the total weight, volume, and destination of your order.
- We partner with reliable international freight and courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery for oversized or palletized shipments.
- Shipping costs and terms for these direct collaborations will be detailed in your custom invoice.
4. Customs and Import Taxes Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their respective countries. Olive Wood Collections is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
